- rarely SI, guilt, anhédonia or weight loss.

What is te main risk factor for SUD relapse after transplantation?
Abstinence of less than 6 months before the transplant

What is an absolute contre-indication in patient with porpuria (and someone who has a family member with porphyria)?
Barbituriques. (Can precipitate or worsen an attack)
What to know about Hep C and interferon?
Interferon does not cause psychosis
Depressive sx before treatment is best predictor of MDD
In 1/3 causes, interferon causes depression. Treat by reducing interferon dose and adding SSRI
In anxiety DDx, what can you measure to eliminate one DDx?
Acide vanylmandélique (cathécolamines urinaires) to eliminate pheocromocytome
What type of aborption cause more psychological distress?
Spontanéous.
More psychological distress when it happens in 2nd trimester than in 1st trimester
Less negative psychological response when the aborption is related to non-desired baby
In chronic pain, what are signs of opiate abuse ? What can minimize opiate abuse?
1) pt negociates to increase doses, pt refuses other type of analgesics, claims he is allergic, wants to change administration method, has multiple pharmacies, losses rx, claims they were stolen, uses opiates for other reason than pain
2) good relationship between pt, md and psychiatrist, pain scale are regularly used, pt does psychotherapy for pain,
What are the specifiers of somatic symptom disorder?
- with prominant pain
- chronic (severe,, lasting more than 6 months)
- severity (mild= 1/3 criteria B ; moderate 2/3 ; severe 2/3 + multiple somatic symptoms or one very severe symptom)
