  • no evidence of CNS deficits, often antagonist muscle contraction
  • astasia/abrasia (diff de la station debout et de la marche non expliquée par une déficit neuro-musculosqu): tu peux pas marcher debout mais tu peux effectuer les mouvements de la marche correctement quand tu es couché
  • Normal reflex (paralysie non flasque, tonus normal), atteintes distales>proximales
  • aphonie mais toux normale
