A

Blocks phosphodiesterase → increases cAMP levels → epinephrine release from adrenal medulla cells → bronchodilation, CNS and cardiac stimulation, diuresis, gastric acid secretion

A

MAINTENANCE, but not first line!!

A

Nausea, loose stools, HA, tachycardia, insomnia, tremor, nervousness
