They plant that grows on EVERYTHING. it was introduced to help with coverings and walking.

Source of variations that enable populations to adapt to environmental changes
What is species diversity?
Important in maintaining structure of communities and food webs.
What is Ecosystem diversity?
Ecosystem diversity is the most important or should be the part that should be more concerned with.
It provides life-sustaining services such as nutrient cycling and waste decomposition.
What is the hundred heartbeat club?
Where there are 100 or below of a certain species.
What was talked about in class about the rhinos?
Rhinos are getting over hunted and are decreasing in number.
What is bioprospecting?
Going to look for chemicals in plants to help medicinally.
What is the point of chapter 56?
To think about conservation of the Earth including species. We are smart enough to come up with solutions to help the earth. We just need to really think about solutions to provide a way to help this earth stay alive.
