This refers to the decisions made by the government and organizations in relation to laws and polices relating to or affecting health .
Strengthen community action
• This action area focuses on building links between individuals and the community and centers around the community working together to achieve a common goal.
Develop personal skills
The aim of this action areas is to educate and equip people with new life skills for making an making informed decisions about their health.
Re-orient health services
The aim is to re orient health services to promote health and making healthy choices as opposed to merely diagnosing and treating illnesses.
Creating supportive environments
Create supportive environments is about making it easier for people to make healthy choices by
providing a physical and social environment that promotes health rather than detracts from it
