Influences around adherence can occur at different levels… what are those three levels?

why does excericse help with prosocial behaviour
- release of endorphins and reduction of cortisol
- release of catecholamines: noradrenaline –> minder stress, verbeterde mood

difference between specific and sensitive tests?
specific: ratio of true negative tests to the toal number of negative cases expressed as a percentage, for example, healthy people are correctly identified as not having the condition being tested for.
sensitive: ration of true positive tests to the number of positive cases expressed as a percentae
utility maximisation
assumed that a person weighs up the pros and cons of a choice and then selects the option that provides them either with the greatest perceived benefit, or at the least undesirable consequences.
