atypical forms of aphasia
- presence of R&L hemisphere stroke
-unusal combo of lesion sites
-atpyical cerebral dominance with personal or familiar left-hand or ambidextrity
-history of brain related disorders
-head injury, cartoid insufficency, psychosis, demntia, and substance abuse
