inflammation of neurological membranes (brain swelling)

caused by encephalitis, includes manic behavior, aggressiveness, and impulsivity

cerebrospinal fluid accumulation
what is the cause of Rasmussen’s encephalitis?
seizures due to brain/CNS inflammation
what is the cause of stroke?
blockage/rupture in blood vessels in the brain
what is the cause of aneurysm?
blood vessels become dilated as a result of buildup of blood
what is Alzheimer’s disease?
form of dementia that includes a reduction of cognitive abilities/adaptive living skills (dendrites start to tangle); caused by too little acetylcholine
what the cause of Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome?
B1 deficiency that results in the brain “crumbling”; often because of alcohol abuse
what is the MAOA gene?
aka warrior gene; can cause aggressive behavior
