9-13 cups of water a day. 3L for men and 2.2 for women

What makes up a micronutrient?
Carbs+fats+protiens= micronutrients
What is BMR
Basal Metabolic Rate. Estimate of how many calories your body burns in a day
What is ADEK?
ADEK are fat soluble vitamins that are stored in the body for long periods of time. Only needed in small amounts. Greater risk for toxicity than water soluble vitamins
