Gametocytes found in human blood and pass to salivary glands of mosquito when it bites the person. Sporozoites produced in salivary glands from gametocytes and passed into blood of humans which carry approx outed to liver and enter liver cells. Divide asexually and form merozoites which enter red blood cells and some turn into schizonts which burst from red blood cells causing a fever and releasing more merozoites.
