believed in duty, the brotherhood of man, and maintaining inner calm
Seneca
Stoic philosopher in Rome. Wrote: By exercising the mind, you can train it to withstand the blows of Fortune. Train your mind and learn virtue so you are free of the servitude of fear of poverty and death.
