105.2 Work exempt from permit – building:

A
  1. One story detached accessory structures used as two and storage sheds, play houses and similar uses, provided that the floor area is not greater than 120 ft.².

  3. Oil derricks.

105.2 Work exempt from permit – plumbing

105.4 validity of permit

The insurance or granting of a permit shall not be constructed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of any of the provisions of this code or of any of the ordinance of jurisdiction.
