informed consent
a provider’s failure to act with professional integrity, typically by neglecting necessary duties, which endangers client’s health and safety
negligence
a comparison, prior to conducting a behavioral assessment or intervention, of potential harm versus expected benefits of a behavioral intervention or procedure
