  • Not allergic
  • Reaction is bullous and shows up immediately, photopatch testing not really useful
  • Drugs: Griseofulvin, amiodarone, tetracyclines, ocp, thiazides, psoralens, sulphonamides

  • Thought the be due to exposure to self antigen after sun changes, often improves with tan, otherwise need light avoidance
