1101 fines a person who has been convicted of an offence may be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding :
1- 50k when conviction is of murder or attempted murder
2 - 25k when the conviction is a F1, F2
3- 15k when conviction is of F3
4- 10k when the conviction is of an M1
5- 5k when conviction of M2
6- 2,500 when conviction of M3
7- 300 when conviction of a summary offence for which no higher fine is established
* any higher amount equal to double the pecuniary gain derived from the offence by the offender
1102 sentence for murder , murder of unborn child and murder of law enforcement officer
1st degree murder , murder of law enforcement officer = death or life imprisonment
Murder of unborn child first degree is life imprisonment.
2nd degree murder , or 2nd degree murder of LEO - life imprisonment
3rd degree - not more than 40 years
1102.1 sentence for persons under 18 for murder , murder of unborn child and LEO
1st degree conviction , if they were 15 years old or older , life imprisonment without parole , minimum 35 years
- if they were under 15, minimum 25 years to life
2nd degree , 15 years old or older at time of crime 30 years to life
If under 15 at least 20 years to life
1103 sentence of imprisonment for felony
F1 - term shall be fixed by court not more than 20 years
F2- not more than 10 years
F3- not more than 7 years
1104 imprisonments for misdemeanors
m1- five years
M2 two years
M3 one year
