A

A
move the labia
ask them to bare down and cough
gloves
insert at night angle to final position 
insert and gentry rotate
open gently
locate cervix using speculum

what do you do with the cervix?

A

note the appearance - parity, polyps, cervitis, duplication

take smear - point in OS, rotate broom 5 times

how do you rinse the broom?

A

dip into the cytology solution
make sure you took the lid off when you got the equipment ready
cap on tightly - black to black
