- Inner marker installed and working
- ALSF - 1 or -2
- HIRL
- CL
- ATC Tower
- RVR Reporting System
- Aircraft has a CAT II placard displayed

When must the PIC submit a “CAT II Approach Tracking Form”?
A
Within 48 hours after the CAT II Approach

When will CAT II approaches be prohibited?
A
- WindShear / Significant Wx
- Airport without an operating Control Tower
- When either pilot have not been properly trained
- High Mins Captains (except accompanied by Check Pilot who is authorized to conduct CAT II approaches
- Airports with no RVR Reporting System
- When any of the “Required Equipment” is inoperable
