- Treated with resection

- Epithelial cancer
- Late presentation
- Insidious onset
- Vague symptoms; abdominal discomfort, bloating, frequency, dyspepsia, ascites

A
- Very rare
- Vulval lump, bleeding, pruritus, pain
- High index of suspicion for lesions in post menopausal women e.g. warts
