- 16 and 18 are associated with high risk of neoplasm

- Presence of lesions which are painless
- Often multiple, become huge in immunocompromised patients
- Broad base or pedunculated

- Screen for other STIs
- Biopsy if suspected malignancy

A
- Refer to sexual health clinic
- 1/3 regress without treatment
- Podophyllotoxin for soft warts
- Imiquimod for keratinised warts
- Cryotherapy
