A

Inflammatory, infective, pre-cancerous

Infection
-Candida, staph/strep, anaerobes…

Dermatological

  • Fixed drug eruption
  • Circinate balanitis (reactive arthritis)
  • BXO
  • Zoon’s balanitis

  • Blood/urine testing for glucose if DM possible
  • Swab for microscopy
  • GUM and screen partner if STI suspected

  • Topical drug treatment informed by culture
