A
  • Seat Belt Signs (ON)
  • FCP and FD ( Check FD can be displayed “HDG” mode, select XFR to PF side, verify indication on PFD, cancel FD on the PF side), (Altitude pre-select for departure), (Heading bug set for dep Rwy), (Speed bug set for 80 KTS)
  • Altimeters (set CA side)

  • Beacon (ON)
  • Hydraulic Pumps - Auto/On (pumps 1, 3B, 2 = Auto, 3A = On)
  • Flight Deck Door - Closed and Secure

  • checking to make sure no gens are offline, TRUS are powered, no caution messages, MAN TIE, CROSS TIE, ESS TIE open, DC page, electrical loads within range
