steps to high quality chest compressions (3)

A
  1. Place the heal of your hand on the sternum and interlock your fingers
  2. Position yourself so your shoulders are directly above your hands
    3.use your body weight and press down 5-6cm on their chest
  3. Keeping your hands on the chest release the compressions and allow the chest to return to its original position
