What MFD display modes can be used to show EGPWS information?
NAV & PFD. When in NAV, ARC or FULL rose with TER overlay. TER can only be displayed on the PFD in ARC mode

It is displayed on the top of the PFD in the FD annunciator window.
White = Armed
Green = Captured

What would it indicate if it was Amber?
A white ALT and double arrow indicates miscompare disable condition such as a loss of a cross side ADC.
Amber indicates a miscompare Altimeter Off by more than 70 ft between both PFD’s.
How is the range on the NAV page or PFD ARC adjusted?
Range selector knob on the DCP panel
How is the main display page on the RTU displayed?
By double pressing the RH Comm or Nav button
