Imagination: Hard to imagine what’s going on in other peoples minds

Underlying mechanisms of ASD
A
Theory of mind
Executive functioning: control panel of the brain, attention, working memory, inhibition, flexibility, planning skills etc.
Central coherence: Focus on details, problems to bring details together into coherent whole. Interpret it wrong. Independent entities, can’t put them together.
