Klassik is aged 9 months on the lees and released 10/22 or after of the year following harvest.
Reserve is traditional method only, 18 months on the lees. Can be made in Brut, Extra Brut or Brut Nature style and must be hand harvested.
What is the highest level of quality for Austrian Sekt?
Grosse Reserve- it’s aged for 30 months on the lees. Must come from a single municipality or village or registered vineyard. Must be pressed with a pneumatic press.
