(Long Head) Supraglenoid tubercle of scapula

Insertion: Tuberosity of radius and fascia of forerarm via biciptial aponeurosis

Insertion: Posterior end of olecrenon of ulna facia of forearm

Innervation: Radial Nerve (C6, C7, C8)
