A

a resistance movement, there was absolutism so monarchs held all of the power, in order to pay for wars to expand so taxes increased which led to french noibility leading rebellions which were crushed and caused the monarchs to grow more powerful

A

in Africa, Nazinga was concerned about Portugal so allied with the Dutch and the Congo to fight the Portuguese, successful!!

A

in North America, oppressive Spanish military efforts led to the Pueblans to be abused, coerced labor and disease decreased the Pueblans population a lot, so the Pueblo violently rebelled against the Spanish and the succeeded temporarily but the Spanish came back and reclaimed their power a decade later

there was so many slaves in South Carolina to produce rice and other goods that enslaved peple became the majority of the population, slaves rebelled and failed but struck fear in the slave-holding colonies

the new leaders were afraid the people would convert to judiasm if there were jews so jews were expelled from Spain and they fled to Portugal but they were expelled there too because of an alliance with Spain
