A
Sudden onset severe tearing pain 
- Pain radiates to the back 
- (Ascending - chest) (descending - back)
Collapse
Shock 
Hypotension 
Tachycardia
Anaemia
Sudden death 
Testicular pain 
Symptoms similar to renal colic/diverticulitis
