It is the number of centimeters above or below the ischial spines. Negative above and possitive below.

A
you get increased thorasic kyphosis and lumbar lordosis

Frontal (Metopic) Suture - hard to feel
Coronal Suture - hollow diamond
Sagital Suture - raised ridge due to one one bone overlapping the other
Lambdoidal Suture - hollow triangle
