what are the 2 main causes of increased production amyloidosis , which problems each one will cause

A

1. Multiple myeloma- Serum Electrophoresis- AL (immunoglobulin light chains) * with (MM+) constipation = hypercalcemia
2. Chronic inflammation (RA act..)- Serum Amyloid A (AA) -> Renal deposits = Nephrotic syndrome secondary to amyloidosis
