Probable AD; neurocognitive presentation, gradual onset and worsening
Prob AD with increased certainty; documented cog decline and genetic mutation
Possible AD ; atypical course or mixed presentation
Prob or possible AD with evidence of proces; extra: biomarker like dopamine, atrophy, cerebral spine fluid or PET scan)
