What is aggression?

A

> acting with the intent to injure someone
acting forcefully within the rules of the sport to achieve your aim

A

tactically punching in boxing eg a left/ right hook therefore knocking out opponent and winning the fight

A

if enough aggression is applied to a first serve in tennis it would be really difficult to return that serve so you win the point

A

Tend to be shy, quiet, calm and thoughtful. Introverts enjoy competing on their own and take part in sports that often don’t use direct aggression

A
