A
  1. structure - part of everyday routine but doesn’t have to accumulate all at once
  2. variety - lots of options, new experiences each time (dopamine hit)
  3. incorporate new skills
  4. measure outcomes - tangible

(also don’t have an all or nothing mentality and encourage small bouts of exercise)
