Describe a richters hernia
part of the wall of the small bowel is strangulated in a hernia, luminal patency is-reserved. Vomit can occur from paralytic ileum.
Describe Meckels diverticulum
Congenital abnormality 2% of the population and 2 ft from the IC valve.
