nuclei becomes smaller, nucleoli less visible, cells dcrease in size

what do lympocytes do
A
in bone marrow and thymus, they make specific cell surface proteins that charcaterize B/T lymphocytes

where do T and B cells mature. and further differentiation
A
T cells = thymus
B cells + gut associated lymphoid tissue
lymphocytes that hv adaptive immunity differentiate further as they exposed to antigen, making memory of antibodies needed.
