• strat squam non keritinized: has squam cells, polygonal and columner cells. found in oesophagous + oral cavity
• Strat squam keritinized: has stratum basale,spinosum,granulosum,lucindum + corneum. found in thick skin (palm)
• Strat columnar: male urethra + gland ducts.
