Q

How do monocytes develop and by which process

What happens after they mature

A

Monocytopoiesis

from the bone marrow from MONOBLAST CELLS

monoblasts mature to become monocytes, they circulate blood, then penetrate CONNECTIVE TISSUE

They further mature and acquire PHAGOCYTIC PROPERTIES
