Increased skill level - increased job satisfaction, increase motivation.

Briefly describe Taylor’s scientific management theory.

Making jobs more interesting.
Increases job satisfaction - increasing motivation.
What is job rotation?
Assign employees to different department or products or locations to build a more diverse understanding of the business.
