Change patch every week for 3 weeks and then have a 1 week withdrawal bleed.
(4 week cycle)

Additional protection for 7 days

A
End of week 1 or 2:
- change patch immediately and you’re ok if less than 48 hrs (7 days protection if >48hrs)
End of week 3:
- remove patch and take remains days as break
Start of week 1:
- any delay means 7 days protection
