slight limitation of ordinary activity/ moderate activity
grade 3 angina
marked limitation on ordinary activity/ mild activity
grade 4 angina
unable to carry out activities without angina, may occur at rest
what is decubitus angina?
angina precipitated by lying flat
what is variant/prinzmental/ vasospastic angina?
coronary artery spasm
