Regrading the cliff provides it with stability, which can be supported with ripraps/revetments. This helps vegetation trap and stabilise sediment however if there’s cliff drainage that can reduce pore water pressures and additional cliff stress.

Stabilising bare sand with trees and fencing, this is low cosrt and will protect the beach however has a low impact.
