efficient operation of the aircraft in the national airspace system.
UAS Coordinator.
An employee assigned to the Air Support Division who is a subject matter expert and whose job duties include providing administrative oversight of all sUAS operations, ensuring that unmanned aircraft system (UAS) policies and practices comport to governing rules and regulations, developing training curriculums, providing necessary training to department personnel, ensuring reporting requirements are met, and completing any other necessary and proper tasks assigned.
REPORTING PROVISIONS
Each division approved to use a sUAS shall submit an inventory of each sUAS in its possession to the UAS coordinator during the annual inventory required by General Order 400-14, Control of Police Department Property.
The Certification Unit of the Training Division shall submit all department policies regarding drones, including this General Order and all approved Standard Operating Procedures, to the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement not later than _____of each even-numbered year.

REPORTING PROVISIONS
The department, via the Office of Planning and Data Governance, shall issue a report regarding sUAS usage between January 1 and January 15 of each odd-numbered year in order to comply with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 423. This report must include all of the following information for the 24 months prior to the report:
