A
- Four pump fires and above 1 FIU
- Persons Reported 1 FIU
- Firefighter emergency
- Fatalities at a fire 2 FIUs
Inform FIU if
- Explosions
- Ambulance required for member of public injured in fire

A
- The Primary cause of the fire cannot be detected
- Serious injury to Member of Public MOP
- Unable to determine cause of secondary Fire
- Possible rekindling following previous brigade attendance
- IC refused entry for purpose of Fire Investigation.

No, not if the cause is known and the police are contacted
