FRS B/crew manager/assistant operations manager.

Investigation – FRS C/watch manager/operations manager; conduct hearing/take action;
For conduct issues – FRS D/station manager/operations manager;
For attendance/performance issues – FRS C/watch manager/operations manager.

what can an employee do if their representative cant make the proposed hearing date?
A further date can be proposed as long as it is reasonable and no more than 7 days after the original hearing (this 7 day limit can be extended by mutual consent)
Following a disciplinary hearing how soon must the decision be confirmed in Writing

How long do employees have to appeal against disciplinary action?
7 days
How long will a Formal stage one warning last?
6 Months - after which if the issue has been resolved it will be disregarded for future discipline issues
How long will a stage two formal warning last?
18 months after which is the issue has been resolve it will be disregarded for discipline issues and a lesser sanction may be issued
