Arousal definition
The state of physical/mental alertness and readiness in a performer
The inverted U theory is
A graph with performance and arousal on the axis. It is shaped as an upside down U and states that there is an optimal arousal for each skill and sport

When the performer breathes deeply and slowly to reduce stress and anxiety

Aggression which involves physical contact with others
Indirect aggression is
Aggression which doesnt involve physical contact, and is exerted on an object to gain an advantage
