What is the purpose of GDPR?
-Provide greater protection and rights to individual in all EU nations.
-Now places fines and reputational damage on organisations who don’t handle information inappropriately.
What constitutes personal data?
Any data that can be used to identify a person. Not only e-files but any data that is easily searchable.
