Q

Structure

A
  • Also known as Karyoplasm
  • Made up mostly of water, ions, and a various mixture of other molecules.
  • It is completely enclosed within the nuclear membrane(nuclear envelope).
  • Highly gelatinous, sticky liquid that supports the chromosomes and nucleoli.

Q

Why is it found in Eukaryotic cells

A
  • The Nucleus does not contain cytoplasm to keeps its structure so it uses Nucleoplasm.
  • The nucleoplasm holds the nucleus together and keeps the substances inside from colliding. It also makes nucleus function easier.
