streptolysins kill phagos, M-proteins
- Cx, culutre nasal swabs, PCR, three neg to be negative
- penicillin, drain LN
- intranasal (MLV - good cause IgA - not passed on)
- purpurra hemorrhagia - highly fatal immune rxn
