Q
Explain and Differentiate Kepler’s laws of motion.
A
- Every planet moves about the sun in an elliptical orbit having the sun at one of the two foci.
- If a diagram is drawn from the sun to a planet, it will pass over equal areas in equal time intervals.
- The ratio of the squares of the periods of any two planets is equal to the ratio of the cubes of their average distance from the sun.
