Q

Explain and Differentiate Kepler’s laws of motion.

A
  1. Every planet moves about the sun in an elliptical orbit having the sun at one of the two foci.
  2. If a diagram is drawn from the sun to a planet, it will pass over equal areas in equal time intervals.
  3. The ratio of the squares of the periods of any two planets is equal to the ratio of the cubes of their average distance from the sun.
