Gave the CPS direct power over ministers and the rest of the government. Armee Revolutionaires disbanded. Societies closed.
How were threats to the terror dealt with?
Herbertists and Indulgents were denounced, all arrested and executed.

1,000 guillotined for corruption.
What was the ‘Cult of Supreme Being’?
Robespierre wanted to give France a religion after de-Christianisation, to worship himself.
What was the Law of Prairial?
All provincial revolutionary tribunals closed down, all political prisoners transferred to Paris. Trials were to take no more than 3 days. Only 2 possible verdicts, aquittal or death. All deputies immunity disappeared.
What happened between 10th of June to the 28th of July?
1284 found guilty, only 278 aquitted.
