AGENTIC STATE -
People feel like an agent for authority and assume no responsibility
Autonomous state = acting on own principles
Agentic shift = switching states
LEGITIMACY OF AUTHORITY -
We obey people at top of social hierarchy
More trust = less control of behaviour
Authority is legit when agreed by society
